I started painting stones after Hurricane Ivan, as a means of coping with the trauma, loss and stress of the disaster. This hobby brought me much comfort and peace of mind, and giving them away to family and friends always brought a smile to their faces, along with laughter and joy.

Over the years, I continued to paint, incorporating various other material, mainly glass, fabric and canvas e.g., dresses, t-shirts and bags. In recent times, I began offering items for sale, and most people expressed admiration and interest. With much prompting, I decided to officially register this business in 2021 under the name Inspirations Grenada.

Inspirations Grenada is a female-owned, artisan business operating in Grenada, W.I. We have been focused on creating hand-painted glass vases and hand-painted garments/ fabric and bags. One of the main goals of the business is to promote a clean and healthy environment, hence our designs, materials used and processes are environmentally conscious.

Our hand-painted creations are produced using various materials, especially repurposed glass sourced locally. Presently, our main creations are:
- Hand-painted garments/ fabric and bags
- Glass vases and other variations of glass pieces
- Canvas paintings
- Candle making
- Jams, jellies and stews
